procrastination, mental block, and how can i reward myself?

i have a mental block when it comes to these things i have to do:
- paying bills
- paying overdue irs statement :-O
- buying airline tix for 2 sprint trips already paid for
- organizing my mass mess of clothing
- put away stuff back from laundary

i have no excuse. i have a mental block. whaaaaaaaa.

maybe if i whine and complain about it i’ll get it done.

i should reward myself if i do these things… but with what? maybe i need to deprive myself of things so that they work as rewards when i do things i don;t like to do…
